Organizations big and small have begun to recognize the value of providing their employees with opportunities to learn beyond their work duties. I enjoy speaking at Lunch & Learns, conferences, retreats, and trainings. Common topics of discussion include: sleep health, preventing burnout, managing stress, self-care tactics, and interpersonal skills.
When employees have the skills to care for their mental health, they are better able to be present on the job. Additionally, companies who invest in their employees overall wellbeing often see higher rates of employee satisfaction and retention.
